Who is Jenna?

I just turned 40 with the spine of a 60 year old.

Bone on bone, with almost no disc left. I know exactly what it feels like to worry your back is aging faster than the rest of you.

I have taught Pilates to women in perimenopause and menopause, ages 38 to 60 plus, since 2018. Over those years I kept seeing the same pattern. This stage of life needs a different approach. The old advice to work out more and eat less does not work here, and it can make your spine worse.

In 2025 I went through egg freezing. My estrogen dropped from 8,000 to 80, and I felt the impact on my body right away.

Good to know before you join

I already have back pain. Is this safe for me?

Yes. The whole point is to train a back that is not 100 percent. Jenna scales every movement and reviews your form so you build strength without flaring things up. If you have a specific diagnosis, check with your doctor first and bring it to your first call.

I am not in menopause yet. Should I wait?

No. The best time to build bone and spine strength is before the steep drop in estrogen. Starting in your 40s gives you the most to protect. Women already in menopause still gain a lot, it just helps to start now.

What if I miss the live call?

Every call is recorded and added to your library. You can watch on your schedule and still send your questions and form videos for feedback.
